Melissa, Office Manager
Melissa brought two decades of experience as an office manager when she joined our team. Since 2004, she has made sure that our front office runs smoothly. She takes pride in being part of a team that provides high-quality care to every patient. Melissa is dedicated to meeting the needs of all our families and is driven to provide an enjoyable experience for the children as well as the parents!
Melissa and her husband Steve have four children, Jamie, Bryan, Madison, and Grayson. In her spare time, Melissa spends time reading and attending her children’s sporting events, and loves Allen Eagles’ football games.
Katrina, Patient Coordinator
When Katrina joined our team in 1998 she was already a seasoned veteran in the dental field. We respect her expertise in coordinating our busy office schedule and accommodating our patients scheduling needs. She is a registered dental assistant and holds certification in CPR and nitrous oxide. Katrina received the perfect attendance award while attending college. She loves working with a committed team that provides a fun and thorough dental experience. Our patients and their families make Katrina look forward to coming to work every day!
Katrina and her husband have two daughters, Danielle and Dayna. Away from the office, Katrina likes to travel (especially to Las Vegas) and spend time with her family.
Lisa, Financial Adviser
Lisa has served patients as our financial expert since 2003. She will work hard to accommodate your financial needs. Lisa enjoys working with our friendly team, well-respected dentists, and satisfied patients.
Lisa and her husband Steven have three girls, Taylor, Erin, and Alex. In her spare time, Lisa enjoys watching her girls play softball.
Jennifer “Jay,” Dental Hygienist
After receiving an associate’s degree in nursing, Jay found her true calling in dentistry. She earned a bachelor’s of science degree in dental hygiene and has been in the dental field since 2002. Jay treasures working in a practice that creates a fun environment for patients and staff. Rewarding aspects of her career include instilling proper hygiene techniques in children and promoting a positive dental experience.
Jay loves her close-knit family, and her inspiration comes from her niece, Bailey and nephew, Wes. After work, Jay enjoys playing sports, hanging out with friends, and spending time with her family.
Christina, Dental Hygienist
Christina has worked with our team for seven out of her eight years in the dental field. She received her hygiene training from the University of Texas Health Science Center. Modern technology and a friendly environment provide Christina with a positive work experience. She loves making a difference in children’s lives and showing them that visiting the dentist can be fun!
Christina enjoys spending time with her husband John, daughter Zoe, as well a their two dogs, Aspen and Spencer.
Beth, Dental Hygienist
Twenty years ago, Beth earned her dental hygiene degree from The Ohio State University. Beth enjoys her important role on our focused and driven team. She couldn’t ask for a more caring and generous environment. Caring for kids all day keeps a smile on her face!
Beth and her husband, Ron, have two children. Beth’s interests include antiques and visiting the beach.
Keri, Dental Assistant/Clinical Director
Keri has assisted Dr. Gough since 1997. As a registered dental assistant she holds CPR certification and a great wealth of knowledge for keeping your child at ease if they become apprehensive. Keri strives to advance her dental knowledge with continuing education courses. After more than ten years, she still finds ways to have fun at the office and maintains high morale.
Keri, her husband, John, and their oldest son, John Jr. and twin daughters, Josie and Mya, enjoy camping, canoeing, and spending time with friends and family.
Stacy, Dental Assistant
Stacy has assisted Dr. Gough since 2001. She earned certification in CPR, nitrous oxide, radiology, infection control, and jurisprudence. Stacy loves working in our state-of-the-art dental office and enjoys educating our patients about the benefits of oral health.
Stacy and her husband John celebrated their 10 year anniversary in '09 and together have three children, Marissa, Johnny, and Anthony. In her spare time, Stacy watches and participates in various sporting events.
Christy, Dental Assistant
With nine years of experience as a dental assistant, Christy joined our team in 2005. She earned certification in CPR, nitrous oxide, and radiology. Christy takes advantage of the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and state-of-the-art care to every dental patient. She will ensure that your experience is beneficial and positive.
In her leisure time, Christy enjoys spending time with her two boys Sean and Jarod. She also plays tennis, goes to the movies, and hangs out with family and friends.
Sharon, Dental Assistant
With 21 years of experience, Sharon brings a good deal of highly valued knowledge to our practice. During her 16 years on our team, she has taught many children to enjoy their dental visits. Sharon finds our work ethic and commitment to oral health satisfying aspects of her career.
Sharon and her husband live in Fairview and have two children. Sewing, crafts, reading, and traveling are among Sharon’s hobbies and interests.
