MELISSA ALLEN
Melissa Allen is the office manager. Melissa brings 15 years of dental
experience to our office. She has worked in every facet of the dental
office, so please feel free to use her knowledge in answering any
questions you may have concerning your child’s visit or the financial
information. She and her husband, Steve, live in Allen and have 4
children, Jamie, Bryan, Madison and Grayson.
KATRINA THORNTON
Katrina is the scheduling/recall coordinator and will help you in
scheduling your child’s appointment. Katrina has been involved in
dentistry for 16 years and has been with our office since 1996. She and
her husband, Shannon, and their 2 daughters, Danielle and Dayna live in
Wylie.
RHONDA MICHAELS
Rhonda is the insurance coordinator. She will be available to answer your
insurance questions and verify dental benefits. She graduated from
Concorde Career School in 1995, and received certifications for medical
secretary and dental assisting. She lives in Carrollton with her sons,
Tyler and Noah.
LISA MARTIN
Lisa is the accounts receivable and collections coordinator. She will help
you with any questions you have concerning your statements and billing.
She has lived in Allen since 1996 and she and her husband, Steve, have 3
daughters Taylor, Erin and Alex.
LINDSEY BALLINGER
Lindsey is the front office receptionist. She will help in updating your
child’s information and make any insurance changes to your account.
Lindsey has her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and is working toward her
Master’s degree in counseling. She and her husband live in McKinney and
have one daughter, Shelby.
KAREN REDDING
Karen is a registered hygienist who received her degree from Sinclair
Community College in Dayton, Ohio in 1994. Karen has been practicing in
our office since 1997. She and her husband, Keith, live in McKinney and
have a son, Scott and a daughter, Sabrina.
BETH TAYLOR
Beth is a registered dental hygienist who received her degree from Lima
Technical College in Ohio. She has been practicing since 1988. Beth and
her husband, Ron, have 2 children, Gavin and Avery and have lived in Texas
for 6 years.
MALINDA SCHINDLER
Malinda is a registered dental hygienist who received her degree from
North Central Technical College in Wausau, WI, in 1996. She and her
husband, Chris, live in McKinney with their son, Logan.
DEEDEE BROWN
Dee Dee is a registered dental hygienist who received her degree from
Texas Women’s University. She has practiced since 1997 in Pediatric
Dentistry. Dee Dee and her husband,Jack, live in Richardson and have a
son, Ross.
KERI NEVAREZ
Keri is our treatment coordinator. She will supervise you child’s visit
and assist with treatment. She is an ATI graduate in dental assisting and
has been with our office since 1996. Keri can answer any questions you may
have concerning treatment plans. She and her husband, John, live in Allen
and have a son, JP, and twin daughters, Josie and Mya.
SHARON KARSTENS
Sharon has been a pediatric dental assistant since 1990 and has been with
our office for 13 years. She will assist with your child’s operative
appointments. Sharon and her husband, Curt, live in Allen and have 2 grown
children Stephanie and Ted.
STACY ALBA
Stacy is the hygiene coordinator. She will supervise and assist with
children in the hygiene department and also helps assist with operative
appointments. Stacy lives in Allen with her husband, John, and their 3
children, Marissa, Johnny and Anthony.
TYLER YOUNG
Tyler is a hygiene/sterilization assistant. In addition to working for our
office, Tyler is a full-time student at Collin County Community College
and is studying Biology.
CHRISTIE MITCHELL
Christie is a dental assistant in the hygiene and operative departments.
She has been in dentistry since 1995. Christie lives in Allen with her two
sons, Sean and Jared.
